Testimonials

Have a look to see what our clients think about us and the services we provide.

“Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (SBC) sees effective Contract Management key to delivering value, and effective outcomes for the Residents, Visitors and Business in the Borough. After significant research, looking at best practice and approaches to Contract Management, we settled on the Orbis approach to Contract Segmentation and Contract Management Framework. The Contract Segmentation tool was for us ‘a light bulb’ moment, it provides us with an easy consistent way to categorise our contracts. We have been able to adapt to meet SBC needs, and then rapidly deploy this solution to provide a holistic view of our Contracts, the framework also provides a suite of tools and templates to support effective contract management, without being restrictive in its use. For us, the Orbis solution has helped us deliver an Agile Contract Management Project, which I believe is six months ahead of where I expected it to be.”

“Orbis provided exceptional guidance on social value with clear, actionable feedback and insights. Our understanding and implementation of social value across our work is far stronger as a result.”
